For the show the main looks for the models, were fresh and dewy skin and flushed cheeks finished with a smokey eye, blended finely and keeping the lips minimal. The other, toning the eyes down a bit more, bronzing up the skin and finishing with a red lip and classic liner. These are both wearable looks for any bride, and my most requested looks, both shown on beautiful Grace.

It was fast paced and hectic but it was amazing to be part of. Folkster is such an amazing brand, and with so much more coming soon from them they are only going to grow bigger. I still remember well when Blanaid opened her vintage store Shutterbug. My friends were obsessed every time they visited. And now with a location in Dublin as well as Kilkenny offering homeware, bridal and a kilo store. They are such a hard working team, and I am literally obsessed with everything piece of clothing and homeware that they offer.

I have went to do this post 100 times but have finally gotten around to doing it justice. Back in September I had the pleasure of travelling to Lake Maggiore, Italy where I spent the weekend beautifying Orla. From the get go I got on like a house on fire with Orla, she really had the happy ever after Fairytale wedding and I was so honoured to have been part of it.

The wedding took place in the little picturesque town of Stresa, nestled among the Alps and along the beautiful Lakes of Maggiore.   The Hotel  The Grand Hotel Borrommes is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel I have ever set foot in!!… — The wedding took place in the little picturesque town of Stresa, nestled among the Alps and along the beautiful Lakes of Maggiore. The scenery from the moment you entered the town was simply breathtaking, not to mention the view from Orla’s room which served as my office while I was here :) Orla couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful location.

I was lucky enough to have an escort as I bought my hubby along so we saw some of this beautiful town and the lakes the day before we flew home. It was a whirlwind trip, but a wonderful unforgettable one.
