All the way from Ohio Julie and her family came to Ireland, to Ballyvolane House to get married. One of the major perks of my job is that I am so lucky to visit such beautiful houses and hotels in Ireland, and Ballyvolane happens to be one of my favourites.

Julie and her sister, and sister in law. Again the trend of different bridesmaid dresses is growing more and more popular.

She wanted her makeup as natural as possible and I loved it when she wanted her freckles to shine through, just beautiful. So I prepped her skin and gave her a natural foundation base and worked everything in to the skin to give her a natural fresh look. We kept her eyes really simple, enhanced with some lashes and left the lids with a sheen finish.

I remember so well skipping off to Springfield Castle last year for Alexandra's big day, as it was the same day as my birthday, and the fact that I love his venue so much!!! Alexandra and I had never met as she hailed from and lives in Canda.

Alexandra and all her family and friends welomed me with opened arms and it was such a fun filled morning with them all. Alexandra is so beautiful, the moment I saw her I knew what way her makeup was going to be as she had the most amazing striking eyes. She wanted to keep her skin natural and smooth, keeping more of the detail to her eyes. Which I did and we were delighted with how it turned out. It was my first time working alongside Galway hairdresser Natalie o'Brien and it was such a pleasure. We had a great morning and Alex and everyone's hair was beautiful.

I loved everything about Alexandra's look and her bridesmaids, each wore a different dress in the same colour which is becoming really popular now. I love it.

Alex and John's photographers Steph and Ben of Taylor Clarke Photography, were such a lovely duo to have around on the morning and I was just blown away with the images that Alex sent me. I don't even them trying to choose for their album, because and every picture is as breathtaking as the next.
